Robert Haskell and Frank Raccuglia
Robert Haskell has been involved in construction and real estate for over 50 years. He built houses in the early 60’s and in the 70’s and 80’s, Mr. Haskell performed numerous gut renovation projects in Manhattan and was involved in co-op conversions. Frank Raccuglia founded Benson Drywall, Inc., aka BDW Wall Corp., a drywall business, in 1961. He was the drywall subcontractor on all of Mr. Haskell’s projects through the years.

Steve Haskell
In the late 70’s, Steve Haskell began his career in construction by working on his father’s renovation projects as a laborer and then as a supervisor. He became a licensed solar contractor in San Jose, CA in 1981, and returned to New York in 1984 to work with his father and partners supervising renovations relating to co-op conversions. In 1987, he started his own firm S.T.H. Construction Corp., to renovate luxury apartments and brownstones in Manhattan. In 1996, he became the site supervisor at 296 West 10th Street and subsequently supervised the construction of 374 West 11th Street, 143 East 34th Street and 270 West 19th Street and became a project manager on 105 Ainslie St., and 166 Smith St. In 2007 took over the day to day operations of Haskell Real Estate which Manages Co-ops, Condos, and rental properties.

Frank Raccuglia, III
Frank Raccuglia, III started in 1984 running the operations of his father’s residential drywall company known as Benson Drywall, Inc., (BDW Wall Corp.). He expanded the company into commercial and government work including mid-rise residential complexes, schools, and shopping centers. In addition to drywall, the father/son team became developers. Frank ultimately became the construction manager for six new buildings in Brooklyn and Manhattan from the 1980’s to the mid 1990’s. The buildings that were constructed were mostly luxury condominiums. Upon the creation of West 10th Street Building, LLC, Frank was appointed senior project manager for 296 West 10th Street, 374 West 11th Street, 143 East 34th Street, 270 West 19th Street, 105 Ainslie St., and 166 Smith St.

Christopher T. Menziuso, R.A.
In 1992 Chris Menziuso joined Wechsler-Grasso-Menziuso, P.C. a family owned architectural practice, which has evolved into its present day form of Grasso-Menziuso, P.C. (GMA). GMA has collectively over 65 years of experience in providing architectural services ranging for low-rise, mid-rise, high-rise residential projects to nursing home, medical centers, congregate housing and assisted living housing for private developers, not for profit developers and governmental agencies with over 8,000 projects completed to date. In 2000 Chris took over the day to day operations of the firm and hence began its expansion into development and formed The Menzi Properties a Real Estate Development and Management Company. Over the last several years The Menzi Properties has successfully completed several development projects such as 25 First Place, 7 Third Place, 546 Henry Street, 108 Luquer Street and 166 Smith Street. In 2006 Frank and Steve asked Chris to become a partner in the already successful West 10th Street Building, LLC for their latest project at 105 Ainslie Street, and 166 Smith Street, Chris agreed and now manages the expanding portfolio of the 100 plus units it currently owns.
